About the Event
Discover new and unique play experiences created by talented, regional developers. Whether you are a hardcore gamer or just looking for some casual fun, this event is perfect for anyone who loves games. There's even a raffle to support our mission. Don't miss out on this opportunity to support independent game creators, learn more about what's happening in game development on the WVU campus, and support local creativity. Mark your calendars and get ready for an afternoon of fun!
This event will be from 2 pm to 5 pm, with the raffle prizes being drawn at 4:40 pm on Saturday, April 26. During our Spring Indie Showcase, you will be able to play regionally produced digital and physical games for "easter egg raffle tickets" to submit to our raffle. Each booth is limited on how many tickets they get to give away (10) , but they will also be available for purchase. Arrive early to play to earn the free ones! :)
Games shown may be finalized, early releases, or works in progress that are collecting feedback from players. For more details on specific studios and projects attending, keep an eye on our blog.

Where do I park?
Most lots at WVU, unless it is a game day, are free on Saturdays near our event. It is not a game day this Saturday so any guest, staff, or student lot will be ok to part at.
How much are raffle tickets? Where can I purchase them?
Raffle tickets can be purchased online or with cash at the sign in desk. Card purchases can only be made online. Click the donate button above and select raffle tickets. Then put in the amount you wish to spend on the tickets. Tickets are: 1 for $2, 3 for $5, 7 for $10, 15 for $20.
Do I have to be present to collect my prize?
YES. You must be present when we call the raffle at 4:40 or we will redraw.
Can anyone come? Is this family friendly?
Yes, anyone can come, but anyone 18 and under must be with a guardian. It is a family friendly event, but not all games may be appropriate for all audiences. There may be games with comic mischief or college-age humor. Parents are recommended to check with each developer about the content of the game, before allowing their kids to play.
What type of games will there be?
A mix of digital, VR, board, and card games. View the map for a break down of genres.
Will there be anything for sale?
Some vendors, specifically our board and card game indies, will have physical copies that you can buy if you want to take one home with you.
