Spring Indie Showcase (Studio/Vendor Sign Up)

This is the sign-up form for the Spring Indie Showcase that game studios (1 person to many), makers, and game-related vendors can use to sign up. We are able to accommodate up to 25 booths/tables comfortably. Of those 25, we can provide electrical hookups for screens/laptops/etc for up to 18. With the exception of the hosts/sponsors [BitBridge Pittsburgh, MonRiverGames, Game Design and Interactive Media at WVU, and Schell Games] each space will be first come first serve. If you need alternative space, such as for a VR set up, then please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate this type of work. We will be able to provide a map of the space to all attendees and studios closer to the event. 

• Set up: 9:30 am to noon (You can set up your table/space anytime within this)
• Event opens to the public: Noon to 3:00 pm 
• Tear down: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Feel free to head out after Tear Down/Clean up. However, if you are sticking around for the night then please join us at an after-party at nearby Black Bear Burrito starting at 5 pm. https://www.blackbearburritos.com/
